Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on auraallure.com, operated by Sekna Trading FZC (UAE Free Zone Company).
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and UAE public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
Delivery within the UAE
We deliver to all emirates across the UAE. Estimated delivery times are:
- Dubai & Sharjah: 1–2 business days
- Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah: 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control. AuraAllure does not guarantee delivery within these timeframes.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. Free shipping thresholds may apply and will be displayed at checkout when available.
International shipping
We currently ship within the UAE only. International shipping options may be added in future. If you are located outside the UAE and wish to enquire about availability, please contact us at hello@auraallure.com.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your delivery through the relevant courier's website.
Failed deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or failure to collect from a collection point, AuraAllure reserves the right to charge re-delivery fees. Sekna Trading FZC accepts no liability for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or with items missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@auraallure.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will assess each case and offer an appropriate remedy in line with UAE consumer protection law.
