Refund policy
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all orders placed on auraallure.com, operated by Sekna Trading FZC (UAE Free Zone Company), in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The product seal has not been broken
- The product is not damaged due to customer misuse
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is provided
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used beauty and hair care products unless the item is faulty or not as described. This is in accordance with standard UAE consumer protection provisions for personal care goods.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under UAE consumer protection law. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@auraallure.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the item and packaging
We will assess your claim and offer a repair, replacement, or full refund as appropriate.
How to return an item
- Email hello@auraallure.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
- If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and returned via the original payment method. We are unable to refund to a different payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Non-returnable items
- Opened or used products (unless faulty)
- Products without original packaging
- Products purchased during a final sale or marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email hello@auraallure.com immediately with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the returns process.
